Jason Wu’s fall 2011 collection was inspired by French-Canadian photographer Robert Polidori who documented the renovation of the French Royal palace of Versailles (Hall of Mirrors). Jason used 15 types of lace in the collection that was created by Sophie Hallette . The last 4 looks of the collection are my favorites Jourdan Dunn wore a luscious red gown with a gold detailed belt, Karlie Kloss wore a black gown with a thigh high split and lace detailing on the top, Joan Smalls wore a form fitting gold dress with flower detailing.

BCBG Max Azria presented loose fitted silk crepe dresses with lovely color blocking and layering over white turtlenecks . The models which included Melodie Monrose, Fei Fei Sun, Arizona Muse , Jacquelyn Jablonski and more wore sleeked back hair does and boots that cut off just before the knee.
