Beyonce kicked off her “Mrs Carter World Tour” in Belgrade, Serbia on April 12 2013.  Beyonce’s costume above is designed by Ralph & Russo.  Other designers who designed looks for the world tour are, Peter Dundas, Creative Director at Emilio Pucci, Dean and Dan Caten from DSquared2, and Stuart Weitzman for footwear.
