For Gucci Fall 2011 collection creative director Frida Giannini used jewel tone fabrics in aqua green and plum. The collection had a retro 70′s vibe to it with culottes,wide leg trouser pants,  fox collard jackets in blue, purple and yellow with Fedora hats and belted waistlines and a mixture of fabrics mohair, python, fox, mink, silk, exotic leathers and tweeds. For evening wear sexy sheer halter neck evening gowns, topped off with silk roses used as shalls, mini cropped jackets and necklines accents.
